Recruiter Hourly

The Recruiter manages full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt job openings in a high-volume environment. This role identifies and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and supports hiring managers throughout the selection process. The position maintains recruiting information in the applicant tracking system and monitors recruitment metrics to support compliance and hiring goals. The Recruiter may also participate in job fairs, hiring events, and networking events.
