What You'll Own

• Run a portfolio of live roles across your client base — you're the one who knows exactly where every requisition stands.
• Turn a client brief into something a Talent Sourcer can actually work with — precise, well-briefed, no guesswork.
• Submit CVs, run the interview process, and close offers — negotiation, counter-offers, and all.
• Be the client's go-to person — the one who keeps them confident even when a role gets hard.
• Team up daily with your partner - Talent Sourcer — clear feedback, tight collaboration, shared credit when a hire lands.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You've managed recruitment client relationships end-to-end before — BPO, RPO, agency, or in-house, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• You're genuinely curious about your clients' businesses — you want to understand the "why" behind the brief, not just fill the seat.
• You can hold your own in a tough conversation — an offer negotiation, a pushback on a brief, a client who's nervous about timelines.
• You take pride in a clean, accurate pipeline — an ATS is a craft tool to you, not just admin.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence, in writing and out loud.

• You're based in Metro Manila and ready to work onsite in Ortigas 3 days a week.
