Commercial Finance Business Partner

Purpose of the role

Key role is to business growth by providing relevant analyses and reports to stakeholders responsible for various commercial areas. They collaborate with all decision-makers, challenging existing solutions and proposing improvements based on data-driven insights and analytical perspectives.

Here’s what you will do:

• Identifies trends and risks that may impact business performance, thereby contributing to both short-term and long-term planning processes.
• Supports the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in delivering critical analyses and insights into variances against budget.
• Collaborates with teams across the European Hub to leverage shared solutions that support local business needs
• Identifies gaps and monitors the quality of management information delivered to operational teams, helping to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Propose different ways to mitigate budget risks as reward promo
• Participates to the field meetings in order to understand operational and structure changes

What we expect from you:

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit risk, Operations, and Finance teams
• Explain performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
• Challenge assumptions and existing ways of working Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Demonstrate proactive attitude and open communication Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced English and a degree in finance, economics, or management
