In-District Student Services Administrative Coordinator

As an In-District Student Services Administrative Coordinator at New Story Schools, you will provide administrative and student-services support for programs delivered in partnership with public school districts. You will coordinate IEP and reevaluation processes, maintain student records, track compliance requirements, and collaborate with school teams, families, and district partners.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience in special education, student services, school-based coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Experience with IEP coordination, student records, compliance tracking, or deadline management preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, reevaluations, and special education documentation
  • Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, student information systems, and data-tracking tools

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate IEP and reevaluation meetings, documentation, and required timelines
  • Maintain accurate student records, compliance trackers, and audit-ready documentation
  • Manage schedules, meetings, calendars, and administrative workflows
  • Collaborate with educators, clinicians, families, district personnel, and school leadership
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding documentation and action items
  • Support reporting, special projects, onboarding, and other in-district administrative needs
