Electronics Laboratory Intern

How will you contribute to IENAI SPACE? As an Electronics Laboratory Intern , you will support the management and maintenance of the electronics laboratory, ensuring the availability and proper organization of materials and instruments. Act as a liaison between the laboratory and the engineers of the team to meet development needs. Additionally, assist in the production, verification, and testing of harnesses, as well as in additional assembly and electronic validation tasks based on performance and workload.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assist in laboratory component and instrumentation inventory tasks, including classification, tracking, indexing, and ordering when necessary.
• Act as the Point of Contact (PoC) for laboratory material needs, collaborating with Ienai Space engineers to understand and fulfill requirements across multiple developments.
• Produce, verify, and test harnesses as needed.
• Depending on workload and internship performance, additional responsibilities may include SMD component soldering and preliminary functional verification tasks.

What will make you succeed?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or FP in Electronics or Mechanical Engineer, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of electronics. Some familiarity with different electronic components (resistors, capacitors, FETs, ICs, etc.).
• Some familiarity with an electronics laboratory and its instruments (power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters…).
• Communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary engineering team (power, R&D, firmware, embedded systems).
