About the Role

We are seeking a Study Programme Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting students throughout their college journey.

As a key member of the Student Services team, you will sit at the heart of the learner experience, acting as the link between curriculum, Personal Development, English and Maths, careers, work experience and wider support services. You will provide high-quality pastoral coaching, coordinate meaningful work experience opportunities, and support learners to overcome barriers, improve attendance and engagement, and achieve their full potential.

Working closely with learners, families, employers and curriculum teams, you will help students develop the skills, behaviours and confidence required to progress successfully into further study, employment, apprenticeships or other positive destinations.
