Student Support Officer

We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Student Support Officer to join our Student Services Team at the Midland Metropolitan Learning Campus for a part-time, term time only position. This is a rewarding opportunity to help create a positive, inclusive and supportive college environment where learners feel safe, engaged and able to achieve their potential.

Working closely with curriculum staff, managers and our Safeguarding and Welfare Teams, you’ll play an important role in promoting attendance, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting students to re-engage with their studies. You’ll also help learners access essential welfare support, including bursaries and assistance with food and housing concerns, so they can focus on their education and future ambitions.
