The role We are looking for a communicative and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for current and prospective clients, you will handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries regarding Engel & Völkers properties, and ensure that every interaction reflects our high standards of customer service. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Depending on the schedule, working hours will be either 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00.
