Operations Analyst

The ANZ Marketplace team owns the health of our ride-hailing marketplace across Australia and New Zealand spanning trading efficiency, rider and driver experience, and risk & anti-fraud strategy. We work close to the business: diagnosing what's driving our core metrics, designing strategies from the ground up, and validating them in the real world. This role sits at the intersection of business and operations, with plenty of room to shape decisions that directly affect the experience of riders and drivers.
