New Zealand Operations Manager

You'll join the New Zealand operations team, owning the day-to-day health and growth of our local business. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the centre of the market: you'll run and iterate local operations end to end, keep a close eye on how our product performs for riders and drivers, and act as the connective tissue between NZ and the regional Data, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams. New Zealand is a compact but fiercely competitive market, and the team is small scope is broad, feedback loops are short, and the impact of your decisions shows up in the numbers within the week.
