The Account Manager partners with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account Manager's role is to manage an assigned customer with fleet assets under a maintenance agreement, communicate updates from the customer to support the day-to-day requests, account reporting, account & internal relationships, and overall account performance while seeking opportunities to grow.
