Our scope spans learning & development, performance, engagement, and belonging, and we approach all of it with a focus on enabling real, lasting capability across the organization. About the Role: We're looking for an experienced L&D Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You bring strong L&D expertise and genuine business acumen, navigate environments where priorities evolve, and leadership input shapes direction, and deliver real impact without waiting for perfect conditions. You'll lead a small, developing L&D team while owning the strategy, design, and scalable execution of our core learning ecosystem and initiatives.
