Zeely is already used by 2,000,000+ businesses, and we grew 6× over the past year. The next step is making sure users stay, go deeper into the product, and pay for the value they get.

That's why we're turning Experience & Monetization into a dedicated area — and looking for a PM to own it end to end: from onboarding and retention to subscription plans and the B2B model.

We're not looking for a Senior Product Manager to run a ready-made backlog. We're looking for someone who shapes the direction themselves, thinks in hypotheses and metrics, and knows how activation, retention, and habit loops work in B2C/prosumer products.

About Zeely

At Zeely, we're building an AI Marketing Intelligence Platform that covers the full performance marketing cycle — create → launch → scale — and we've already grown to 2M+ users.

Simply put: we've made the best AI solutions and marketing tools available to small and medium businesses — tools that used to be reserved for big brands with expensive marketing teams.

The next big step: a B2B solution for large marketing teams and enterprise clients — workflows, creative analytics, and full control over campaigns across the whole team.

For companies where performance marketing already runs at scale and needs more efficiency and automation.

A few numbers that speak for themselves:

  • 4 years on the market — a stable, profitable company backed by international investors;
  • 6× growth over the past year;
  • 2,000,000+ businesses already use Zeely;
  • #1 in its category in the US market;
  • 200+ specialists on the team;
  • Markets: US + worldwide.

Your role: you own how users reach value in Zeely and what they pay for — across web and mobile. Success is measured by retention, churn, and product utilization, not just funnel conversion.

What you'll do:

  • Grow B2C monetization in web funnels: credits logic, unlimited access, tokens
  • Differentiate subscription plans (Starter / Plus / Growth) — distinct pricing and features, with a clear upgrade path between tiers
  • Build the system for B2B users (organizations, seats) and drive a controlled shift from B2C to a B2B/hybrid monetization model
  • Launch monetization for agentic features
  • Own mobile onboarding, landing screens, and product discovery so users reach value faster
  • Unify UX across the platform: several teams build their own builders, and the user experience has to stay consistent
  • Work across B2C/B2B and mobile/web segments, in close partnership with the Growth team

The team is already in place: frontend, mobile, and backend engineers, QA, an analyst, and a designer.

What it takes:

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2C or prosumer products — with ownership of the product and its metrics, not just delivery
  • Strong understanding of user activation, monetization, retention, and habit loops
  • Experience with discovery, roadmap building, and prioritization
  • Regular A/B testing and data-driven decisions — you can show how your decisions moved the metrics
  • Experience with a web product or platform (if your background is mobile-only — strong product growth cases)
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
  • Autonomy, systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguity

Nice to have:

  • Experience with pricing, subscription plans, or new monetization channels
  • Experience building B2B logic into a product (organizations, seats, team plans)
  • Background in AI, content, video, or marketing products

Why work with us:

  • Real ownership: you shape the ideas, directions, and processes in Experience & Monetization
  • A chance to build one of Zeely's key areas from scratch
  • Work with direct impact on business metrics — retention, churn, revenue mix
  • An AI product and the US market
  • A small, autonomous team with minimal sign-offs and bureaucracy
  • Remote-first setup: work from wherever suits you, or join us in our Warsaw or Kyiv offices
  • Day off and sick off, regular performance reviews, financial support for private entrepreneurs

Hiring process: Intro call with a recruiter → Interview with the Hiring Manager → Final interview → Reference check → Offer. No test task.

Send us your resume — we'd love to get to know you.
