Part Time Remote ESOL Instructor

Part-time / evening position

This role is supporting the YMCA Boston International Learning Center’s adult education programs. The instructor will teach English language classes to adult learners and create a welcoming, supportive, and engaging learning environment. The position is primarily scheduled during evening hours, with some in-person teaching hours required. The instructor will work collaboratively with program staff to support student learning, participation, and progress toward their educational and career goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working with a diverse population of adult learners in both in-person and online settings.
