Head Capital Adequacy and Risk Management

We are looking for an experienced risk leader who will play a key role in further developing XTB’s risk management framework across the Group and act as a close partner to the board. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be the CRO’s senior delegate for the day-to-day leadership and development of the Group risk function. This is a senior leadership role combining strong technical risk expertise, business judgement, and people management. You will lead experienced specialist teams, play a key role in Group-wide risk processes, and help ensure that XTB’s approach to risk continues to evolve in line with the increasing scale, complexity, and international footprint of the business.
