We are looking for a risk professional who will play an active role in XTB’s Enterprise Risk Management processes, supporting the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of risks across the organisation. The role combines methodology development with hands-on execution. You will work closely with business and support functions, challenge risk assessments, improve management information and help embed a consistent and practical approach to risk management across XTB.
