Graphic Designer - Employer Branding

The Role: At XM, employer branding is about showing what working here really feels like - the people, the work, and the environment we create together. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who balances high-impact execution with big-picture thinking. You will craft day-to-day visuals while helping define the visual styles and design systems that power our global employer brand across all digital and physical touchpoints.
