Legal Case Settlement Specialist (experience in US case settlement negotiation is required)
- Manage assigned cases following the initial case opening and filing of Answers or Notices of Intent (NOID).
- Maintain accurate case records and update case management systems.
- Track case deadlines and monitor settlement progress.
