HVAC Lead Installer

Woods Comfort Systems is seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
