Senior Manager, Staff Development - Camps

Scope of Position:Provides support to the mission of the WinShape Foundation (WSF) to glorify God by creating experiences where He transforms. Under the guidance of the Director of Strategy & Impact, manages a team charged with building a dynamic strategy to recruit, select, train, develop, and send 18 25-year-olds into the world as next generation disciple makers where they live, work, and play. While the WinShape Camps directive is to create experiences where He transformscampers and families with the message of Jesus Christ, we desire that the creation and operation of those experiences serve a parallel purpose a transformational experience for these young adults in their development and discipleship.
