Scope of Position:Provides oversight to the design and delivery of WinShape Foundation-sponsored development programs to cultivate holistic, personal development in people leaders and Staff across the Foundation, with a particular focus on leadership development. Supports the design and delivery of area-specific curriculum initiatives within the WSF Ministries alongside key leaders and cross-functional partners.
