Account Manager, Platforms (US)

THE MISSION

Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 50,000 users make money on Whop every month, and this year users will earn over $5B. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.

WHO WE'RE HIRING

You aren't customer support. You are the dedicated commercial partner for Whop's platform and marketplace customers after the close — ~100 top relationships where you own NRR and cross-sell payments, ads, treasury, and cards.

This is not a President's Club AE seat. We hire internet-business operators and high-touch book owners:

• You've made money online or operated an internet business — and you thrive owning a book of high-status creator/operator/platform accounts, OR
• Top AM / founding CS-AM who owned retention + expansion for high-touch books (fixer + growth consultant, not support), OR
• Operator who has managed enterprise-level or influencer-caliber relationships with a retention + growth mindset

If you need a quota script and a BDR, this isn't your role.

HOW WE WORK

Our culture is built on the premise that people should be given budget to take large bets, have full agency, and move fast as f*ck. Today there are 100 people full time at Whop — 75% ex-founders.

If you're an end-to-end individual that wants full ownership — this is the place to be.

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

We don't believe in traditional JDs. The most successful people at Whop have all come from extremely unconventional backgrounds, and all we care about is working with the most talented individuals who want to win.

Given the small size of our team, we pay best in class base + OTE with extremely competitive equity packages.

Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office.
