Private Equity Intern (Summer 2027)

The Private Equity Investment Intern is a member of the Private Equity investment team whose main responsibilities include supporting the investment team in sourcing, executing and monitoring private equity investments. The Private Equity Investment Intern supports due diligence on both primary fund commitments, structured secondary transactions and single asset co-investments. This due diligence process includes on-site meetings and company level due diligence, market/industry research and competitive positioning, CEO, management team and customer referencing, performance benchmarking, bottoms-up financial modeling, and key transaction negotiations and legal considerations.
