Shipping Technician Lead

Job Summary The Shipping Technician Lead is a working lead responsible for performing shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations while providing day-to-day coordination and guidance to Shipping Technicians and peer team members. This role serves as a subject matter expert for departmental processes, supports workload prioritization, assists with training, acts as a resource for team members, assists with problem solving and process improvements, and promotes compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
