Team Lead - Shopping

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 7 - 12 LPA)

We are looking for a Team Leader – Shopping to lead the Shopping Team and manage the end-to-end shopping journey for interior projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client shopping, product curation and approvals.
• Coordinate with Design, Civil and Execution teams.
• Manage vendors, procurement, quality and deliveries.
• Track budgets, timelines and shopping dependencies.
• Lead and develop the Shopping Team.

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury interiors, furniture, home décor, retail or procurement.
• Strong client management, vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
