We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to join a fast-growing quick commerce business focused on building a trusted, customer-first platform for parents and families.

The role offers an opportunity to work in a high-growth 0-to-1 environment , where you will contribute to building scalable operations, customer experiences, and business processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and taking ownership of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the development and scaling of quick commerce operations and business processes .
• Take ownership of assigned business initiatives from planning through execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across operations, product, technology, supply chain, marketing, and customer experience .
• Analyse business and operational challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of processes that improve efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.
• Monitor key operational and business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data and business insights to support decision-making and prioritisation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks across customer journeys, fulfilment, inventory, delivery, or operational workflows and drive resolution.
• Support experimentation and implementation of new processes, products, and operating models.
• Develop reports, dashboards, documentation, and operating frameworks as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business and operational functions.
• Work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with evolving priorities and limited existing processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and data to improve operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of outcomes and proactively identify areas where the business can improve and scale.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 2+ years of professional experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, consumer internet, startups, operations, business strategy, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or 0-to-1 environment will be highly valuable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to tackling ambiguous challenges.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations, customer experience, and process improvement.
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, dashboards, and business analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, insights, and recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a defined job description.
• Comfortable operating with limited direction and building processes where none currently exist.
• Strong execution orientation with the ability to balance speed, quality, and business impact.
• Experience with e-commerce, quick commerce, hyperlocal delivery, consumer technology, or marketplace businesses will be an advantage.
