Java Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 3–12 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, ReactJS, and Microservices , with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across the frontend and backend.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS , JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Java-based technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Microservices architectures.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend components.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and development tools to support efficient software delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes.

Must-Have Skills

Java: Strong hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented programming concepts, including collections, multithreading, exception handling, and design principles.

ReactJS: Solid experience building modern, reusable, and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS. Knowledge of component-based architecture, state management, and API integration is expected.

Microservices: Strong understanding and practical experience developing and integrating microservices-based applications , REST APIs, service communication, and distributed application concepts.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and distributed systems.

Requirements

• 3–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, ReactJS, and Microservices .
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
