We are looking for an experienced Senior Fintech Product & Business Professional to drive strategic product, business, and technology initiatives within a fast-growing digital lending and financial services environment .

The role requires a strong understanding of fintech products, digital lending, customer journeys, business growth, technology platforms, and financial-services operations . The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable products, improve business performance, and deliver customer-centric financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product and business initiatives across digital lending and fintech platforms.
• Develop and execute initiatives that improve customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall lifecycle performance.
• Analyse digital lending journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Compliance teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product and technology priorities.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across lending and financial-services processes.
• Evaluate new products, features, partnerships, and business opportunities aligned with organisational objectives.
• Monitor product performance, customer behaviour, portfolio metrics, and business KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Use data and analytics to support product decisions, business planning, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with technology teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable fintech platforms.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across customer journeys and operational workflows.
• Work with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure product initiatives align with applicable financial-services requirements.
• Develop business cases, strategic plans, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor industry trends, fintech innovation, digital lending models, and competitive developments.
• Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives where required.
• Establish effective governance, reporting, and execution mechanisms for major business and product programs.
• Drive alignment between business objectives, product strategy, technology capabilities, and operational execution.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams while promoting a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 15+ years of experience across fintech, financial services, digital lending, product management, business strategy, technology, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of digital lending products and end-to-end lending lifecycle .
• Proven experience working in technology-driven financial-services or fintech organisations.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, onboarding, credit, underwriting, disbursement, collections, servicing, and retention processes.
• Experience leading complex product, business, technology, or transformation initiatives .
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to translate opportunities into executable plans.
• Excellent understanding of digital products, customer journeys, technology platforms, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using business and product metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills and ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Compliance functions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of financial-services risk, governance, compliance, and operational considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, drive execution, and take ownership of strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
