Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to technology and digital transformation initiatives across banking and financial services.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Support the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of technology-enabled financial solutions.
• Contribute to initiatives involving data, analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital platforms .
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for technology-led optimisation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, technology, data, operations, and business teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical or functional solutions.
• Support the delivery of scalable, secure, reliable, and customer-focused digital capabilities.
• Participate in solution design, process improvement, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Analyse data and business insights to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving emerging technologies and modern banking capabilities.
• Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, technical challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear documentation, presentations, analysis, and project updates for relevant stakeholders.
• Work effectively within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Stay current with developments in banking technology, fintech, AI, data, cloud, and digital financial services .

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of professional experience in technology, financial services, fintech, digital transformation, product, data, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the intersection of banking, technology, data, and digital innovation .
• Good understanding of financial services, banking products, customer journeys, or technology-enabled business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, digital platforms, or modern software engineering is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transformation-oriented environment.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to work with emerging technologies and evolving financial services models.
• Experience in banking, fintech, financial technology, consulting, or large-scale enterprise environments would be an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
