Home Lending Lead Compliance Analyst

Wealthfront is seeking a talented, passionate, and detail-oriented compliance professional to join our newly formed Home Lending Compliance team. Our goal is a seamless, tech-enabled mortgage process, and we are looking for a systems builder to help construct the foundational regulatory framework that supports it.

As the newest member of the Home Lending Compliance team, you will partner directly with the Head of Home Lending Compliance to manage day-to-day regulatory requirements while actively identifying opportunities to improve and modernize our compliance workflows. The ideal candidate will enjoy hands-on Quality Control (QC), possess a strong degree of intellectual curiosity, and have a deep interest in applying technology to enhance business processes. Critically, this role will take full ownership of our licensing program and play a key part in our geographic expansion. You will operate cross-functionally, collaborating closely with Home Lending Operations, Legal, and the corporate Compliance team.
