Location: Onsite in St. Paul, MN

Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift (8 hours)

Rate of Pay: $22.75 - $25.00 USD/hour

Job Summary

The Kitting Lead oversees the complete kitting process, ensuring materials are accurately prepared and delivered to production on time.

What You'll Do...

• Manage the kitting process from start to finish, including planning, material allocation, and delivery to production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production and quality, to ensure accurate and timely kitting.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
• Develop and maintain accurate kitting documentation.
• Train and support junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and knowledge.
• Analyze data to track kitting performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Production employees may work across multiple areas of the operation, including machine operation, material preparation, finishing, packaging, quality inspection, and general production support.

Requirements

What You'll Bring...

Critical Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to maintain visual attention to detail and product quality.
