The Role

We are looking for a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Lending team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role within a fast-paced fintech bank. You will combine relationship management with credit underwriting, taking ownership of the entire lending lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with corporate and project finance clients, as well as internal referral channels;
  • Identify, assess and structure financing opportunities in line with the Bank's credit policy and risk appetite;
  • Prepare and own credit proposals, including financial analysis, credit assessment and lending recommendations;
  • Present credit proposals to the relevant approval authorities and exercise delegated lending authority where applicable;
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders throughout the approval, documentation and execution process;
  • Deliver an excellent client experience while balancing commercial objectives with prudent credit management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Corporate Lending, Project Finance, Credit Risk or a similar corporate financing environment;
  • Strong relationship management and corporate credit analysis skills;
  • Experience in preparing and presenting credit proposals;
  • Sound understanding of financial analysis, lending structures and credit risk principles;
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills;
  • Excellent command of English.
