Paralegal

We are looking for a talented paralegal to oversee, administer, improve, and continuously update our bespoke commercial contract repository. In this role, the paralegal's primary responsibility will be the post-execution review, synthesis, and processing of complex but standard-form legal agreements and addenda in our contract module. The ideal candidate with be familiar with contractual legal principles, able to distil legalese, and have an exacting attention to detail. This position will work closely with Vista Legal, Finance, Product, Sales and Tech to maintain a best-in-class system that prioritizes data fidelity.
