Key Responsibilities ‘A Day in your Work Life’

• Personally deliver classes across London Collection clubs with the uniqueness that’s given you a following.
• Receive 1-to-1 coaching and feedback through quality assurance assessments.
• Deliver signature programme in VA brand wear or uniform.
• Deliver training for specialized areas (once in role at least 3–6 months).
• Assist Head of Exercise Experience with quality assurance and live assessments when necessary.
• Partner with Head of Exercise Experience to give team members coaching and performance feedback when appropriate.
• Contribute to programming development and refreshes.
• Partner with Head Office, Regional Group Exercise Managers and club teams on Public Relations and Marketing strategies.
• Establish and manage your social media profile in accordance with company guidelines and policy.

What success looks like (Key Accountabilities and KPIs)

• You have your Level 3 in Fitness (or recognised instructor qualification), your first aid and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
• Maintain minimum 75% class occupancy
• Score 80% or better in quality assurance assessment
