Vida Health is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Member Experience to own the strategy and the execution of our member-facing product. You'll drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members across Vida's clinical and behavioral programs. The Member Experience team owns the whole consumer journey, from onboarding through long-term engagement and retention. You'll report to the Director, Member Experience, and be the member experience's most senior product thinker. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical to ship high-impact improvements and to define the member side of Vida 2.0. This is a senior, hands-on IC role. You'll set direction for the member experience and also do the work yourself: run the backlog, dig into the data, design experiments, and ship. No PMs report to you. We're looking for someone who is as comfortable writing SQL and triaging a release as they are presenting a multi-year vision to the exec team.
