Descripción del Cargo: Como Practicante en Infraestructura de TI, serás parte integral de nuestro equipo dedicado a garantizar la estabilidad y eficiencia de los sistemas tecnológicos de la organización. El enfoque principal estará en el soporte de nivel 1/2, abordando las consultas y problemas técnicos de los usuarios, así como gestionando los escalamientos adecuados.
