Game Community Specialist

Vertigo Games is an Istanbul-based mobile game studio behind Critical Strike and Polygun Arena , two FPS titles ranking at the top on iOS and Android with over 150 million players worldwide.

We're hiring a Game Community Specialist to own day-to-day communication with our players. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Levent office, 5 days a week .

You'll be talking to our players every day, so we'd like you to know our games well. Please play Critical Strike and Polygun Arena before you apply.

What you'll do

• Manage our player communities on Discord, Reddit, Facebook and Instagram, keeping them positive, welcoming and active.
• Gather player feedback and concerns and turn them into clear, actionable reports for the team.
• Work with QA and Product to identify, track and follow up on player-reported issues.
• Plan and publish social media content using a structured content calendar.
• Use AI tools daily for content creation, feedback analysis and organizing information.

Requirements

• Strong passion for FPS games and a good understanding of their mechanics, culture and players.
• Hands-on experience with Discord and major social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with attention to detail and good organization.
• Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team.
