The Role The Quality Assurance Manager is a leadership role responsible for defining and driving the overall quality strategy for the organization's products. This individual leads a team of QA engineers and testers, establishing processes and standards to ensure that all software products meet business requirements, are user-friendly, and are released with the highest level of quality and reliability.
