Human Services Case Manager
To provide case management for the Trenton Citadel social service programs under the direction of the Corps Officer with professional supervision provided by Divisional Headquarters Human Services Staff. The social services case manager will be able to identify the needs of the clients served and provide outreach within the community at large.
