Case Manager
Responsible for case management, case files, statistical reporting, assisting residents in goal setting. Also responsible for case referral and coordinating of services with community resources for residents. Maintain all Allegheny County Dept., of Human Services related requirements as set forth in The Emergency Shelter & Bridge Housing Scope of Service Guidelines.
