Business Operations and Leadership Internship

Review deployment tracker and follow orders from purchase order through shipment, installation, state connectivity testing, training, and customer sign-off, and work with Field Service, Logistics, and Finance to flag anything that's slipping. Build and refresh weekly dashboards for program and sales leadership. They'll cover backlog, install schedules, milestone billing, and cycle times. Track contracts, maintenance agreements, and warranties, and flag upcoming renewals early enough for Sales to act.
