Onsite Talent Acquisition Manager

The onsite Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team and for the strategic planning necessary to provide a pool of candidates for various call center positions for dedicated clients. The incumbent will create a unified and consistent recruiting process including but not limited to posting, testing, interview, hiring and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be accountable to develop strategic partners within the state and city to enhance the recruiting process.
