Associate - Liability Management (Junior)

We are seeking highly motivated associates with two to three years of experience to join our industry-leading Liability Management team. Candidates who have done a preponderance of their work in traditional finance, high-yield capital markets or restructuring are encouraged to apply. Associates in the Liability Management practice advise clients on complicated transactions involving deep analysis of corporate capital structures to craft commercial, out-of-the-box solutions.
