Associate - Finance - Restructuring
The Finance Department of the New York office is seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial restructuring to join our associate class. Latham's restructuring group represents corporations, banks, creditors' committees, hedge funds, sponsors, and other financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and international workouts, restructurings and in-court bankruptcy proceedings.
