Buyers Assistant

About the Role: The buyer assistant role with United Refrigeration is a full-time, in-office position based at URI's corporate HQ in Northeast Philadelphia. Members of the purchasing team operate within an established structure consisting of multiple buyers and buyer assistants under the direction of the purchasing manager. Buyer Assistants partner closely with assigned buyers as well as cross-functional groups within URI, including distribution, accounts payable, business unit management, and most importantly our customer-facing branch network team. The purchasing team serves as the backbone of URI's supply chain, a function vital to our success.
