  • Model and coordinate mechanical systems using Revit.
  • Produce and update drawings in AutoCAD or AutoCAD MEP.
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
  • Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, QA/QC, and design reviews.
  • Apply U.S. mechanical, building, and energy codes to project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Experience with commercial and multifamily projects.
  • Previous experience working on California projects is highly important.
  • Knowledge of California building codes and energy-efficiency requirements.
  • Experience with Title 24 or the California Energy Code is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD or AutoCAD MEP.
  • Experience with HVAC load calculations, ductwork, equipment selection, and mechanical systems design.
  • Previous experience working on U.S. projects and applying U.S. codes.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote U.S.-based teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EnergyPro.
  • Experience preparing or supporting Title 24 compliance documentation.
  • Familiarity with HAP, TRACE 3D Plus, or similar HVAC analysis software.
  • Experience with chilled-water, heating-water, hydronic, controls, or energy-modeling projects.
  • Experience supporting permit submissions and responding to plan-check comments.
  • Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.

Benefits

  • Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
  • Flexible schedules.
  • Work from anywhere.
