School Liaison (K-12)

The School Liaison serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned school customers. This role ensures successful day-to-day implementation of UI programs at the campus level by maintaining strong partnerships with school administrators and collaborating on program delivery with internal teams and school leadership. The School Liaison focuses on principal satisfaction, effective program execution, and rapid resolution of school-level concerns to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for school partners.
