Delivery Lead - Microsoft ERP implementation

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with strong Microsoft ERP implementation and delivery experience to lead end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing ERP programs, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT project delivery experience with at least 5 years in a Delivery Lead/Project Manager role.
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related ERP platforms) .
• Good understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
• Ability to manage project planning, risks, budgets, resources, and client communications.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
