About Unframe

Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.

Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally

About the role

This role sits on the front line: you engage directly with enterprise clients, lead discovery to uncover core business challenges, and design and ship tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform. You own the work end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact from the initial conversation through to final deployment.

This is a hands-on builder role. You will define solution specifications for complex customer problems, write the technical requirements that bring them to life, and deliver high-impact work under real enterprise timelines in evolving environments.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs.
  • Design Spec AI Solutions: Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform. Write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures, owning the complete solution design.
  • Drive End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target. Prioritize requirements, manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope, and maintain client relationships throughout delivery.
  • Represent the User Platform: Act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products.
  • Hands-on AI Fluency: Direct experience building with LLMs, including writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, and managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype.
  • Customer-Led Discovery: Proven experience leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope.
  • Problem-to-Solution Design: Ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features for reference, defining exactly how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams.
  • Complex Delivery Execution: Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs.
  • Builder Orientation: Driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than simply managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests.
  • Core Competencies: Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), and the ability to navigate multi-faceted projects.

Why join us

At Unframe, you’ll help build AI systems that are already delivering real value to global enterprises - not prototypes, demos, or side projects.

You’ll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions we ship and the evolution of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking, technical depth, and creativity come together.

If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving fast, and building practical AI products that actually make it to production - we’d love to meet you.
