POSITION SUMMARY: The Recovery Support Specialist provides peer recovery support services to patients with substance use disorder (SUD) and will assist patients in achieving sustained recovery. Facilitates patient access to recovery oriented substance use disorder treatment, resources, and community recovery groups.
